Norda has launched its spring 2026 running shoe lineup, featuring an array of nine vibrant colorways inspired by nature and art. The collection draws from three distinct themes: “Camo,” “Cosmic,” and “Kanagawa,” the latter paying homage to the iconic Japanese painting “The Great Wave off Kanagawa.” Each theme showcases a unique aesthetic, appealing to both athletes and casual runners alike.
Exploring the Kanagawa Theme
The “Kanagawa” series includes three models—002, 003, and 008—each prominently featuring light blue tones. The 002 is a trail runner designed for ground feel, incorporating wavy lines that enhance its functionality and aesthetics. It features a contrasting gum sole unit that adds a distinctive touch. The 003 model, known for its laceless design, presents a darker shade of blue complemented by silver elasticized Dyneema overlays, along with a black tongue, lining, and outsole. Rounding out this trio, the 008 recovery slide boasts a uniformly blue upper paired with a speckled gum outsole.
Diverse Offerings in Camo and Cosmic Themes
The “Camo” collection provides a broader range of choices, especially with the flagship 001A ultra-distance shoe, which comes in two camouflage midsole variants. The “Fireclay” option, developed in collaboration with ultramarathon runner Ray Zahab, features a striking bright red over a gum base, while the “Abyss” variant presents a more neutral black and gum combination.
In the “Cosmic” series, there are three more options for the 001A. The “Astral” model offers a straightforward beige, black, and blue color scheme. “Sky” showcases a tonal beige upper highlighted with seafoam and gradient pink accents, alongside a cream gradient midsole and gum outsole. Finally, “Horizon” features a blue-green upper with seafoam and silver detailing, a beige midsole, and a white outsole. Additionally, the 002 “Moonbeam” model presents a cream upper adorned with pink and silver striping, finished with a gum sole unit.
Norda’s entire spring footwear range is now available on its website and select third-party retailers. The pricing for most models is set at $295, with the 008 recovery slide priced at $145. This collection not only emphasizes bold designs but also aims to enhance performance, catering to the evolving needs of runners around the globe.
