Largo Man Sues Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs for Sexual Battery

URGENT UPDATE: A Largo man has filed a shocking lawsuit against Sean “Diddy” Combs, accusing the music mogul of sexual battery. The lawsuit details multiple incidents from 2002 and 2005, claiming that Combs assaulted plaintiff Jonathan Hay under disturbing circumstances.

Hay alleges he was drugged and sexually assaulted by Combs. He expressed his anguish, stating, “I was stonewalled. Nobody listened. The police didn’t do anything because, at the time, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs was untouchable.” This lawsuit comes as Combs is currently serving 50 months in federal prison for unrelated charges.

In the lawsuit, Hay recounts a harrowing incident from 2020 when he was producing a project related to the late Notorious B.I.G. Hay claims Combs coerced him into wearing clothing belonging to B.I.G. and proceeded to watch pornography while masturbating with one of the shirts. After revealing this to B.I.G.’s son, C.J. Wallace, and another associate, Hay says the project was canceled.

Weeks later, Hay claims he was taken to an undisclosed location by Wallace and another man, Willie Mack. He alleges that Combs forced him to perform oral sex, marking what he describes as “the ultimate betrayal.” Hay emphasized the emotional toll this has taken on him, stating, “I went through severe depression where I was suicidal.”

Hay is pursuing both civil and criminal action against Combs, hoping to encourage other victims to come forward. “Anybody who doesn’t believe me believes Sean Combs and C.J. Wallace. But people should believe me because I’m a victim,” he declared.

The attorney representing Wallace responded to the allegations, calling them “absurd and baseless,” and suggested the case is frivolous. They expect it to be dismissed, asserting that Hay’s claims lack consistency.

Currently, the Largo Police Department is involved in the investigation, although they have not yet responded to requests for confirmation.

As this case unfolds, it highlights the urgent need for accountability and support for victims of sexual assault. Hay’s brave decision to speak out could pave the way for others facing similar situations to come forward. Stay tuned for more developments on this pivotal case.
