Sheetz Opens New Store in East Lampeter with Free Food Giveaway

UPDATE: Sheetz is set to open its 20th Lancaster County store on January 12, and the excitement is palpable! The grand opening celebration at the new 6,100-square-foot location at 2102 Lincoln Highway East in East Lampeter Township promises a day filled with festivities and free food.

Starting at 8 a.m., customers can enjoy complimentary coffee and soda. The main festivities kick off at 9 a.m., featuring a host of prizes, including a coveted “Sheetz for a Year” giveaway. The ceremonial ribbon cutting is scheduled for 10:45 a.m., marking the official opening of this new hub for food and convenience.

In a move to support the community, Sheetz will donate $2,500 each to the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank and the Special Olympics of Pennsylvania. Customers are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to contribute to the food bank, making the event not only a celebration but also a chance to give back to those in need.

Sheetz continues to expand its footprint, with more than 800 stores across Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Michigan, Virginia, West Virginia, Ohio, and Maryland. This new opening highlights the chain’s commitment to growth and community engagement.
