Born in Lowell, MA, Debra was the daughter of Joseph Raymond Pelletier and Lorraine Langlois Pelletier. She graduated from Notre Dame Academy in 1976 and later earned a Master’s Degree in speech language pathology from Chico State University, Chico, CA, in 1990. Debra dedicated over 30 years to education, significantly impacting the lives of special needs students before her retirement.
Known for her love of running on the beach, traveling to tropical islands, and spending summers with family in Naples, Maine, Debra will be remembered not just for her professional achievements but for her vibrant spirit. She is survived by her parents, a brother, Raymond Pelletier, his wife Michelle, and several nephews and relatives, including a special aunt, Donna Spatola.
A Celebration of Life will be held on January 16, 2026, at 6 PM at Lenzi’s, located at 810 Merrimack Ave, Dracut, MA. The family invites all friends and family to join in commemorating Debra’s legacy.
