Urgent Search for Angelina Minor Following Fatal DUII Crash

URGENT UPDATE: Authorities in Multnomah County are urgently seeking the public’s help to locate 29-year-old Angelina Minor, who is wanted for a DUII crash that tragically killed her four-year-old son, Kingston Coston, in March 2024. Minor has breached the terms of her supervised release, prompting law enforcement to issue a felony warrant for her arrest.

The fatal incident occurred on March 20, 2024, when Minor, allegedly under the influence, was involved in a hit-and-run collision on North Lombard Street. After striking another vehicle, she continued driving and crossed a median, leading to a head-on crash. Kingston was found unconscious at the scene and succumbed to his injuries shortly thereafter. Other passengers in the vehicle sustained non-life-threatening injuries, with speed and extreme intoxication cited as major contributing factors.

According to reports from KOIN, following her guilty plea to manslaughter and related charges, Minor’s sentencing was delayed until late January 2026 due to her pregnancy. Authorities have not confirmed whether she has given birth since her plea. Her last known residence was in North Portland.

Court records reveal that Minor’s blood alcohol level was an alarming 0.38 at the time of the crash, significantly over four times the legal limit. In light of her failure to comply with supervised release, officials from the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office are urging anyone with information about Minor’s whereabouts to contact law enforcement immediately.

“We need the community’s help to find her,” stated a representative from the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office. “This is a serious matter, and we are committed to bringing justice for Kingston.”

As the search intensifies, authorities are emphasizing the importance of public assistance in locating Minor. The tragic loss of Kingston has left the community reeling, highlighting the devastating consequences of impaired driving.

Residents are encouraged to stay vigilant and report any sightings or information regarding Angelina Minor to local authorities without delay. This is a developing story, and updates will follow as the situation unfolds.
