According to Lt. Tom Shaw of the Fargo Police Department’s criminal investigations division, the vehicle is described as having dark windows and a notably loud exhaust. Authorities believe it plays a crucial role in the incident, which fortunately resulted in no reported injuries.
Following the shooting, officers discovered minor damage to a nearby structure the next day; however, no damage estimate is available at this time. This alarming event has heightened concerns in the community, prompting police to act swiftly in their investigation.
