BREAKING: Renowned physician and beloved community member, Patricia “Pat” A. Huber, aged 77, has passed away at St. Luke’s Fountain Hill in Coopersburg on December 7, 2025. Her family confirmed the news, noting her profound impact on those around her and her dedication to her profession.
Pat Huber, a proud graduate of the University of Rochester, earned her M.D. from the University of Texas at Galveston and completed her residency at the University of Pennsylvania. Her medical career spanned decades, characterized by her intelligence, commitment, and compassionate care for her patients.
Known for her passions beyond medicine, Pat had a deep love for cooking and often gathered family and friends around her table. She was also an avid gardener and floral enthusiast, taking classes to elevate her skills. Her daughter, Dana Sisson, was not only her child but also her best friend, embodying the deep familial bonds that Pat cherished.
Pat was an active member of Trinity Episcopal Church, finding purpose and community within its walls. Her faith was a cornerstone of her life, inspiring many around her. She is survived by her husband, Dr. R. Steven Sisson, daughter Dana, nephew Jeff Huber, and her beloved cats, Toby and Russo.
The family will hold calling hours on Sunday, December 28, 2025, from 1-2 p.m. at St. Margaret’s Episcopal Church, located at 150 Elm St, Emmaus, PA 18049. A memorial service will follow at 2 p.m., officiated by Mother Laura Howell. Online condolences can be shared at www.connellfuneral.com.
