Anthony Guglielmi, communications chief for the agency, stated that “items of interest” were located during advance security preparations for Trump’s visit. In a follow-up, Dan Bongino, Deputy FBI Director, revealed that the hunting stand had been dismantled by agents. He mentioned that it is currently being analyzed for further evidence, stating, “It’s being flown to our lab. I believe it’s there right now, and all the forensic tools we have, from digital tools to biometric tools, are all going to be applied to try to find out who put this up there and why.”
