URGENT UPDATE: Warren police are actively searching for a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run that seriously injured a 12-year-old on a minibike on Monday evening. The incident occurred around 5 p.m. near 13 Mile and Moceri Circle, just west of Schoenherr.
