The California Highway Patrol activated this alert following a report from the San Jose Police Department after Gorshe was spotted at 9:46 a.m. near the intersection of Potrero Drive and Park Wilshire Drive.

Gorshe is considered at-risk and is believed to be traveling on foot. He is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing approximately 205 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a gray sweater with blue letters, a white t-shirt, and brown pants.
