Urgent: One Critical After Early Morning Shooting in Indy

BREAKING: A person is in critical condition following a shooting on Indianapolis’ east side early this morning. According to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department (IMPD), officers responded to reports of a shooting just after 4 a.m. on November 23 in the 3800 block of East 38th Street, near North Sherman Drive.
