San Jose Woman Arrested for Murder in Fatal Hit-and-Run

UPDATE: A 34-year-old San Jose woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder following a deliberate hit-and-run incident that left one victim dead on November 26, 2023. The shocking event occurred just before 7:30 p.m. at the intersection of Winchester Boulevard and Tisch Way.

According to police reports, officers arrived on the scene to find a woman lying in the roadway. Medical personnel swiftly transported her to a local hospital, where she was pronounced dead shortly after arrival. The Santa Clara County Medical Examiner-Coroner’s Office is expected to release the victim’s identity once her family has been notified.
