Sales have commenced for the Delano Residences & Hotel Miami, a striking 90-story supertall tower that will enhance the skyline of downtown Miami. Developed by PMG in collaboration with hospitality firm Ennismore, this project introduces Miami’s first Delano-branded residences, situated near the upcoming Waldorf-Astoria Hotel & Residences along Biscayne Boulevard.
The Delano Residences will feature 421 units, with studio prices starting at $800,000. Sales began last week, with PMG Residential overseeing the process. Designed by conceptual artist Carlos Ott and architectural firm CUBE 3, the tower promises to be a landmark in both design and luxury living.
A Unique Living Experience
According to Phil Zrihen, deputy group CEO of Ennismore, the launch of these residences signifies a pivotal moment for the brand. “The launch of Delano’s first branded residences marks a defining moment for the brand, extending its legacy of authentic hospitality, cultural relevance, and exceptional design into the residential experience,” he stated.
Miami has long played a crucial role in shaping Delano’s identity, and Zrihen emphasized that the city is perfectly positioned to embody the brand’s ethos, creative energy, and focus on human connection within everyday living.
The Delano Residences will boast a variety of amenities, including the first observation deck in Miami, featuring a cantilevered glass floor positioned 850 feet above the city. Residents will also enjoy an 800-foot-high Sky Pool, a fitness center with a spa, and multiple dining options, including Cafe Delano, an all-day signature restaurant, a sky restaurant, and the Rose Bar, which will reflect a similar venue at the historic Delano Miami Beach hotel, expected to reopen later this year.
Design and Luxury Features
Units will range from studios to three-bedroom layouts. Interiors will be designed by Meyer Davis, featuring Italkraft custom kitchen cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and Waterworks bathroom fixtures. Notably, some residences will include deeded, glass-encased, fully furnished office suites.
“This property is conceived as a vertical resort, layered laterally, where each ascent introduces a new environment,” said Will Meyer, co-founder of Meyer Davis. He added that the design aims to create an inviting atmosphere, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor spaces through “filtered light, sculptural circulation, and layered landscapes.”
Ryan Shear, managing partner at PMG, reflected on the significance of Delano’s influence on Miami’s cultural landscape. “For decades, Delano has been one of the most influential brands in shaping Miami’s identity,” he said, noting its historic roots and impact on the city’s nightlife and design scene.
The launch of sales at Delano Residences & Hotel Miami marks an exciting new chapter for luxury living in the city, underscoring Miami’s status as a vibrant hub for innovation and design.
