She was also the owner of Parsons Insurance Agency in Capitola, serving countless clients and friends.
Her love for the Oakland A’s was legendary; Judy and Paul were devoted season ticket holders, rarely missing a game. The couple enjoyed summers at their family cabin at Woods Lake, where they entertained friends and family, creating lasting memories.
Judy is survived by her three children, Randall Parsons (Alison), Stacey Ely (Skip), and Pepe Parsons (Amy D), along with five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
