UPDATE: The James River Humane Society has just launched its first-ever Virtual Howl-O-Ween Costume Contest, inviting pet owners from across Jamestown to showcase their furry friends in adorable costumes. This exciting online event is designed for all pets, including cats, dogs, guinea pigs, goats, and ferrets, and runs until November 2.
Pet lovers are urged to participate by submitting a photo of their pet dressed in the cutest costume. The entry fee is just $10, with voting set at $1 per vote. This contest not only promotes community engagement but also supports the important work of the humane society.
