UPDATE: A construction worker was severely injured in a hit-and-run incident on Interstate 95 in Foxborough, Massachusetts early this morning. The incident occurred around 2:15 a.m. while the worker was retrieving a sign, prompting an urgent response from Massachusetts State Police.

“He was conscious and alert when we got there,”
