Paige Spiranac Unveils New Hairstyle and Warns Followers of Scammers

Golf influencer Paige Spiranac returned to social media on Friday, showcasing a fresh hairstyle that has captivated her followers. Spiranac posted a selfie on X featuring her new curly hair and bangs, marking her first significant update after a nearly three-month hiatus from Instagram.

In her post, Spiranac simply stated, “Life update. I have bangs now.” This personal touch came shortly after she issued a cautionary message about the importance of verifying social media accounts.

Addressing Impersonation Concerns

Three days prior, Spiranac reminded her followers through a video on X that she only operates verified accounts. “Hi, just as a very friendly reminder, I only have my verified social media accounts,” she stated, emphasizing that she does not use platforms like Telegram or Google Hangout. “If anyone is reaching out claiming to be a friend of mine or family or an agent or a manager – ignore them. They are scammers and impersonators.”

Spiranac urged her audience to remain vigilant, advising them to report and block any suspicious accounts. “There are so many out there. Just please be super aware and if anything seems fishy, that means that it is fishy,” she added.

With millions of followers across her social media platforms, Spiranac has become a prominent figure in the online sports community. Recently, she took a break from social media following a controversial cheating scandal that arose during a golf influencer tournament.

Facing Online Harassment

In November 2025, Spiranac disclosed that she received “tens of thousands of death threats” after the tournament’s championship match. “The last week and a half is probably the worst hate I’ve ever received in the 10 years of me doing this,” she expressed in a post on her Instagram Stories. The volume and severity of the threats led to discussions about potentially obtaining a restraining order.

In a recent YouTube video, Spiranac revealed that she has not played golf in a significant amount of time, indicating a need for a break from the sport. “It’s serious stuff. It’s not easy, and it hasn’t been easy,” she concluded, reflecting on the challenges she has faced both online and in her personal life.

As she navigates these difficulties, Spiranac continues to engage with her followers, sharing updates about her life and reminding them to protect themselves from online fraud. Her resilience in the face of adversity underscores the challenges many public figures encounter in the digital age.
