An exclusive evening featuring renowned chef Thomas Keller took place at Bouchon in Miami, hosted by Haute Living and sponsored by J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. The event, which occurred in January 2026, welcomed a select group of guests for a culinary experience that combined exquisite dining with engaging conversation.
Guests began their evening with a lively cocktail hour, enjoying an array of passed hors d’oeuvres, including caviar, escargot, and other French classics. Chef Keller arrived shortly after the event commenced, mingling with attendees and establishing an inviting atmosphere for the evening ahead.
Kamal Hotchandani, CEO of Haute Media Group, opened the dinner with welcoming remarks, expressing gratitude for the partnership with J.P. Morgan. Janet Sweeney from J.P. Morgan Wealth Management also addressed the guests, sharing insights about the collaboration before introducing Chef Keller.
The chef took center stage shortly thereafter, discussing the inspiration behind his carefully curated menu. He emphasized the significance of each ingredient and the thoughtful wine pairings that accompanied every course. Vanessa Conlin from Ducru added her expertise, presenting the evening’s wine selections that featured rare vintages from the estate.
As anticipation built, guests savored the first wines, setting the stage for the meal to follow. The dining experience unfolded through multiple courses, each crafted exclusively for the occasion. The evening commenced with a Grand Plateau, showcasing a chilled selection of lobster, oysters, shrimp, clams, and mussels.
The first course featured gnudi aux truffes, a dish of ricotta and Parmesan dumplings complemented by Périgord truffles and Parmesan mousse. The main course highlighted Snake River Farm’s ribeye, paired with pommes purée and sauce Bordelaise, alongside classic sides of sautéed spinach and button mushrooms glazed with veal jus.
Following the main course, guests enjoyed a selection of cheeses, known as the fromager’s selection, before concluding the meal with a delightful tarte au citron, finished with lemon sabayon and a pine nut crust. Each dish was paired with fine wines from Ducru, enhancing the flavors and overall experience.
Chef Keller later joined his table, allowing guests to connect more intimately with the culinary storytelling behind each dish. The evening concluded with dessert and final remarks, as attendees departed, once again greeted by the Haute Living team.
