Among the transactions, the most significant sale was a 792-square-foot home located on Stockton Circle in Linden, which fetched $600,000. This sale reflects the continuing demand for residential properties in the area.

In Cranford, a property at 113 Retford Avenue sold for $955,000, offering a spacious 2,254 square feet for a price of $424 per square foot. Hillside reported the sale of a home at 20 Eastern Parkway for $585,000, encompassing 1,790 square feet at a rate of $327 per square foot.
In Linden, another notable transaction was for a property at 2509 Ogden Street, which sold for $450,000. This home, measuring 772 square feet, achieved a high price per square foot of $583.
Additionally, a property at 1207-1 Stockton Circle also sold for $600,000, with a size of 792 square feet, resulting in a remarkable $758 per square foot.
